We call this team building activity ‘Timmy’s Worst Day at Work’ and is used in our Team Culture workshop. It is designed to get the team talking, laughing, connecting and loosened up.
On a deeper level it can uncover pain points your team might be experiencing in their everyday, providing good stimulus to talk about these in a way that feels safer given there is psychological safety in the context of the exercise.
In our workshop we delve much deeper into the gaps experienced by your team, in line with current research. These might be affecting them on a personal level or team level. We take this feedback to problem solve and craft solutions that will work for your unique team.
